Maryland HQL

This is a 4 Hour course in which a knowledgeable instructor will teach new Maryland legal aspects, safe and proper handling of a firearm, the fundamentals of shooting, cleaning and maintenance of a firearm, and home defense fundamentals. With very few exceptions, this course is required to purchase handguns for residents of the state of Maryland.
